North Lake Road Office

Broadview Headquarters is a contemporary commercial workplace and showroom development at 866 North Lake Road, Cockburn Central, designed as the headquarters for Broadview and forming part of a broader masterplanned mixed-use precinct. The three-level project combines open-plan offices, a customer showroom, rooftop terrace and integrated end-of-trip facilities, alongside future staff amenities and a publicly accessible café, all framed by landscaped public spaces and medium-density apartment infill within the precinct. Responding to Perth’s climate and evolving urban context, the architecture incorporates lightweight screening, generous glazing, passive environmental design and native landscaping inspired by the site’s Noongar and natural heritage, creating a refined workplace focused on sustainability, wellbeing and community connection.
