Cameron Chisholm Nicol provides strategic development advice as well as sector-specific design and technical design and compliance services to Government and private sector clients across a broad range of building typologies.
The Advisory Services provided has ranged from site selection and yield analysis of multi residential, mixed use and commercial development sites, to engagements to Government for Client-side advice supporting non-traditional procurement models such as Managing Contractor and DBFM procurement.
Our advisory services to Government has included detailed stakeholder engagement, preparation of functional and technical specifications for MC and DBFM Contracts, architectural evaluation of competitive design proposals, design quality and technical compliance reviews at all stages of the design and construction process, as well as liaison between the Government Architect, local Government, stakeholders and the Contracted Design teams, to assist in resolving compliance issues.
