Following initial concept sketches prepared by Terry Farrell and Partners of London, Cameron Chisholm Nicol reviewed and refined the design for this hotel, spa and business centre to suit the cost plan and specific requirements of the client.

The building’s striking three sided shape was derived from organic forms and further refined by responses to the site, the environment and functional requirements. The 9-storey facility incorporates fully serviced suites, a day spa, a restaurant and a business centre. The hotel has 62 self-contained suites in one-, two- and three- bedroom configurations along with 6 penthouse suites.

The entire first floor is devoted to ‘The Spa at the Richardson’ facility. The theme is contemporary Asian and includes treatment rooms, a 14 metre indoor pool, a sauna, a steam room and a gymnasium.
