Shenton Quarter Approved

Our mixed-use development for Iris Residential and Primewest has been the first to be approved by WAPC at LandCorp’s new urban infill precinct at Shenton Park.

The mixed-use development will have the convenience of ground floor retail and commercial, including a supermarket and specialty tenancies, with a broad diversity of apartments, creating inter-generational living in an urban village setting. The brick podium and two four-storey boomerangs above produce a contemporary and articulated built form representing the scale and quality envisaged for future development in the precinct.

A quarter of a hectare of communal and landscaped spaces for residents on the podium features passive and active garden terraces, veggie gardens, a children’s play area, barbecue facilities and a 20m pool. Designed for the inclusive use of all residents, the the podium will become a meeting place and foster community.

We are very excited to deliver this project with Iris Residential and Primewest, and contribute to place-making and quality infill development in the area.
