Heirloom from the air

We are in love with drone technology. We worked with Colin and Stefan at Skypixels to create a video that captures Heirloom by Match from all angles, and we’re really excited about the new perspective it brings to the project.

The video highlights our minimal-intervention approach. The apartments have been inserted entirely inside the building’s original fabric. Two new internal atriums admit light and ventilation, and extensive conservation work has preserved the integrity of the existing structure. The original saw-tooth roof, jarrah beams, brick walls, expansive windows and 3.6m high ceilings are now unique features of the dwellings.

Heirloom by Match has been shortlisted in the State Heritage Awards. It responds sensitively to the heritage of the original structure whilst meeting the client’s vision for design-conscious, contemporary living spaces. Despite the inherent challenges, Heirloom delivers high-quality apartments with excellent amenity.
